Understanding that AR owners do not want their SBR or AR pistol barrel to be too light or too heavy, CMC Barrels has developed the CMC SOCOM Profile Barrel. This 1:7 twist, 7.5-inch-long barrel is made of 4150 chrome-moly vanadium and is coated in H&M Blacknitride+ for increased wear resistance. With a pistol-length gas system and M4 feed ramps for reliability, the barrel is finished with an 11-degree match crown for improved accuracy, and a bottom dimple allows for easy installation and alignment of the gas block.
