CMMG’s most popular firearm line just got a lot quieter. The Banshee, long considered the flagship of the CMMG catalog, has now been redesigned to seamlessly integrate suppressed shooting into its DNA.
The new Zeroed Banshee features an oversized 10-inch M-LOK handguard—sporting what CMMG calls a “dad-bod-ish” profile that’s designed to shroud suppressors with a diameter of up to 1.58 inches.
This configuration provides the sleek, tucked aesthetic we’ve all come to appreciate. Not only that, it offers improved ergonomics for shooters who prioritize a suppressed platform.
Both the suppressed and unsuppressed options are available in pistol or short-barrel rifle (SBR) variants.
CMMG is offering several popular Banshee calibers in two distinct configurations. The suppressed version ships with a caliber-specific Zeroed suppressor that’s manufactured at CMMG HQ in central Missouri.
The unsuppressed version ships with a Zeroed Faux Can designed as a safe shooting placeholder for those awaiting NFA paperwork, or for those who intend to use an existing suppressor.
Both the Zeroed Suppressor and the Faux Can utilize a direct-thread attachment for maximum stability and simplicity.
The Zeroed Banshee will be available in .300 BLK, 9mm, .45 ACP, 10mm, and 5.7x28mm.
Standard features across the lineup include:
- Barrel: 6.5-inch
- Handguard: 10-inch oversized M-LOK handguard with full-length Picatinny top rail
- Heat Protection: Includes three silicone SD-style handguard covers
- Controls & Furniture: Fully equipped with CMMG Zeroed components throughout, including ambi charging handle, 45/90 ambi safety, single-stage drop-in trigger, and pistol grip
The new CMMG Zeroed Banshee will be available directly from the company website and through authorized dealers beginning June 1. Available now for pre-order.
