Black Creek, GA - (gunsandtactics.com) — Daniel Defense has announced plans to immediately offer a new variation of the popular MFRTM 12.0. The new variation of the MFRTM, Modular Float Rail, will be offered in a new 9” length option in conjunction with the popular and currently offered 12” variation. The original MFRTM 12.0 was the defining feature offered on 2011’s second most popular Daniel Defense rifle, the DDM4 V7.
“It isn’t hard to understand why the DDM4 V7 was one of 2011’s most popular rifles”, says Jordan Hunter, Marketing Manager for Daniel Defense. The shorter, 9”version of the MFRTM accentuates the feature characteristics that made the 12” version a success: lighter weight, modularity, continuous uninterrupted top rail, and three adjustable 3” picatinny rail sections at the three, six, and nine o’clock positions. “Those same great features are now being offered in a shorter version that allows for greater flexibility in barrel length choices,” Jordan went on to say.
Regardless of the length, 12” or 9”, the MFRTM has an outside diameter of 1.76 inches and an inner diameter of 1.61 inches. The total weight of the MFRTM 9.0 is 13.39 ounces, which lends itself well to Daniel Defense’s tagline of Lighter. Stronger. Better.® For more information on the MFRTM 9.0, go to www.DanielDefense.com or call 1-866-554-GUNS.

If you’ve ever taken professional firearms training or sought out a trainer you want to receive training from, then you probably know that it can sometimes be a challenge to research and select a provider you want to trust. Sometimes it can be difficult to decipher the reality of training versus a guy you may have seen on YouTube pushing the newest fad in firearms. The quantity of “knowledge” one can obtain these days can certainly be overwhelming at times. This is why it is so important to take the necessary time to seek out qualified trainers with solid reputations and truthful, applicable backgrounds.
