Leitner Designs Unveils First Pursuit-Rated Truck Cargo System

Leitner Designs has released a groundbreaking ‘Police Package’ for law enforcement pickup trucks, featuring the industry’s first pursuit-rated modular cargo system capable of withstanding 4.0g forces while carrying a 400-pound load.

Co-developed with the Placentia Police Department, the ACS FORGED system boasts the highest payload capacity in the industry with smart features designed specifically for the demands of law enforcement duty.

The Police Package includes Active Cargo System (ACS) FORGED bed rack, standard GearPOD, the extra-large GearPOD XL, and HydroPOD that holds 4.8 gallons of pressurized water and the HeadBANGER that prevents in-bed loads from colliding with the rear cab glass.

Thanks to the unique modular design of ACS FORGED, agencies can customize the Police Package to suit their unique requirements from Leitner Designs’ ever-growing line of accessories, including the universal Light Bracket and universal Antenna Bracket.
