DAKA Hard Case LR53
Intended to address the shortcomings of contemporary hard case offerings, Magpul designed and built the DAKA LR53 to provide a stronger, easier to use and more reliable firearm transport and storage system. Combined with the company’s proprietary DAKA Grid Organizer, this case is intended to create a premium solution that can be optimized for your gear and loadout. It includes new advanced features like better latches, recessed lock housings, ergonomic handles and rugged, dependable wheels. Its streamlined design has also been drawn to remove potential snagging points that could lead to case damage and to ensure it “glides” smoothly over surfaces while in transit.
The LR53 is designed to hold one or more long guns comfortably, as well as the additional accessories and equipment you require. In contrast to traditional foam inserts, the DAKA Grid won’t attract or trap moisture, dirt or other contaminants. It’s also designed to be lighter, endlessly customizable, and stronger than foam to provide better organization and enhanced protection. The grid is made of individual expanded polypropylene (EPP) end panels, center panels, and DAKA blocks that nest securely to create an advanced drop-in system that compartmentalizes all your gear.
The LR53’s interior measurements of 53.8 x 16.6 x 5.5 inches will accept most shotguns and long rifles. The case is made in the USA.
