These two products (MFEP + CAN) were engineered to update and upgrade the often-neglected castle nut/end plate system on the AR platform. The system offers a built-in anti-rotation QD socket and sling loops. The anti-rotation nut is specifically designed to work with the end plate, so instead of peening or staking the castle nut, an integrated set screw performs the same function while allowing you to continue to upgrade or update your build. You’ll also never need to worry about your rear takedown pin detent and/or spring being lost as the MFEP also includes a set screw for ease of installation or removal. The lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum is available in anodized color options to further customize your look.
