The first in a series of technical shooting manuals from Gabby Franco.
I practiced Olympic shooting six days a week during 3 to 4 hours a day for 10 years. I’ve been fortunate enough to have had two amazing coaches who were patient with me and explained everything in a simple, yet effective terms so I was able understand the techniques. And, the results showed every time I won a medal in national and international competitions. In my life as an athlete and with all the knowledge I’ve acquired along the way, I feel as if I’ve come from a school of shooting.
I thought about writing a book for about two-years, but I was just not sure where or how to start. So, I said to myself: “I’ll write something more useful than just a book. I’ll teach the art of shooting a pistol in the most simple and effective ways.” And, that’s how this adventure started. I wanted to share my knowledge and experience in a personal way, using this manual as a vehicle to be your personal coach. These shooting techniques will give meaning to your shooting sessions. Making holes in a paper is just over rated; I believe every person that owns a firearm should know how to shoot proficiently whether he or she does it competitively or not.
I designed this manual so the reader use it regularly at the gun range, it will be a reminder of the shooting technique, and understanding that the goal of a “shooter” is to hit the bulls-eye every time; task that can only be performed with proper shooting technique. And so, to deliver my message the way I wanted to I designed the Layout of the book and cover. Basically you are getting me “Gabby Franco”, you are getting my hard work, because I did this book on my own for you.
You may purchase my manual through Amazon.com and soon I will have them autographed copies for sell on my website www.AdroitShop.com
Thank you and hope you enjoy it.

Mission First Tactical (MFT) has gained popularity, especially with their Battlelink Minimalist stock – the odd-looking, L-shaped, stripped down carbine stock that has become all the rage with lightweight AR builders. MFT has since pushed out more products to the AR accessory market such as pistol grips, vertical foregrips with integral weaponlight housing, and a small little light dubbed the Torch Backup White Light (TBWL) or its counterparts the Torch Backup Light White/Red (TBLWR) Torch Backup Light Infrared (TBLIR). The model I had a chance to look at was the TBWL, which features two white LED lights with an output of approximately 20 lumens.
