What differentiates the Tisas Duty 45 Raider Special Feature from another Tisas 1911 Duty? The Special Feature, chambered in .45 ACP, features a stainless-steel barrel bushing and recoil spring plug with a sleek matte finish.
Other features include a titanium firing pin and hard chromium-coated barrel, and, like other Tisas 1911 Duty models, it incorporates a Picatinny front rail for mounting accessories, a skeletonized hammer, a hammer-forged full-size frame, extended beavertail safety, and slotted flathead grip screws.
According to Tisas USA CEO Chris DiCenso: “The .45 caliber 1911 Duty 45 Raider is an awesome-looking and extremely well-performing handgun. Our design team made sure to add the features that those who carry a weapon every day wanted.”
Additionally, the slide ships optics-ready with a 507K / RMSc mount platform and includes a Novak front sight and Glock dovetail rear sight for 1/3 co-witness. Each Duty 45 Raider Special Feature also ships with two 8-round stainless-steel magazines, a cleaning kit, bushing wrench, trigger lock, and hard carry case.
