Primary Weapons Systems (PWS) is applying that capability to suppression with the BDE family of suppressors, pairing traditional baffle architecture with the precision of Direct Metal Fusion 3D printing.
The result is a line of modular, lightweight suppressors engineered for durability, repeatable performance, and seamless integration across modern weapon platforms.

The BDE series utilizes aerospace-grade titanium for the baffle core and features a hard PVD exterior coating for good looks and wear resistance. Modularity is central to the design: Each BDE model features a serialized entrance chamber and removable titanium baffle sections.
This allows users to configure the suppressor’s overall length, weight, and backpressure to match the intended caliber category. Rather than a single model spanning multiple weapon classes, each can within the BDE line is purpose-built for its designated caliber range and can be adjusted within that class for optimal performance.
BDE suppressors emphasize real-world durability and thermal management. Symmetrical external shapes and heat-dissipating textures help reduce mirage and minimize point-of-impact shift. Taper-threaded baffles and precision alignment notches facilitate assembly, minimize carbon locking, and prolong maintenance intervals.
Hub-standard mounting ensures compatibility with existing systems: larger BDE models feature a universal 1.375×24 TPI pattern, and PWS offers multiple piston, mount, and caliber-specific thread options across the line.
