Wilsonville, OR – (gunsandtactics.com) – Crimson Trace has announced the release of an all-new laser sight for Springfield Armory XD(M) pistols.
A feat of precision engineering, LG-487 Lasergrips utilize the unique interchangeable backstrap system on XD(M) pistols for installation and are designed to fit XD(M) 3.8, 4.5 and 5.25 models.
As with all Crimson Trace Lasergrips, the LG-487 features Instinctive Activation – a hallmark of the Crimson Trace brand. This activation style allows the shooter to engage the laser sight instantly with a natural firing grip without compromising the grip safety of the weapon.
“Springfield’s XD(M) pistols are among the hottest polymer pistols on the market, and are a perfect match for the defensive capabilities of Lasergrips,” said Kent Thomas, Crimson Trace’s Marketing Director. “However, the design aesthetics of the pistol would require only the finest in engineering efforts to match. That said; our engineering team proved their mettle once again.”
As with all Crimson Trace Lasergrips, LG-487’s are completely user-installed in minutes, feature the brightest red laser allowed by law, are factory sighted at 50’, are completely adjustable for windage and elevation, and offer a 4-hour run time on easily sourced 2032 batteries. LG-487 laser sights are also compatible with Crimson Trace’s LTG-746 Lightguard, (a rail-mounted 100 Lumen tactical white light), for an unbeatable low-light self-defense package.
LG-487 Lasergrips are now immediately available through all dealer channels and online at www.crimsontrace.com.
