The expansion for the fall season introduces insulated outerwear and next-to-skin merino base layers designed to extend the company’s layering system for colder weather.

Designed as an ideal midweight layer for changing conditions, the Zaca Ridge Insulated Utility Jacket is designed to bridge the gap between shirt and jacket. Ultra dry-waxed cotton helps it shrug off wind and light rain. Low-profile PrimaLoft Gold recycled insulation (60g body, 40g collar/sleeves) adds real warmth without adding extra bulk, while a drop-tail hem keeps coverage in place whether the wearer is moving, crouching, or seated.

The Zaca also features durable, repairable snap hardware throughout, meaning this jacket is built to be worn hard and fixed when components wear—not replaced. The jacket is made to wear like a shirt, work like a jacket, and, ForgeLine says, it doesn’t require a conversation about which one it is.

The Chief Peak’s baffled construction holds its 650-fill duck down in place to deliver proven warmth without excess weight, while an adjustable hood and hem seal out cold as conditions shift.
