In this ladies only seminar, Gabby Franco teaches women how to be strong, be ready, and be prepared to protect!
We live in a wonderful country where safety has always been a priority not only to the citizens, but also to law enforcement professional. Criminals, on the other hand, are ready to act at any time and it is important that we all be ready to protect ourselves and our family members. In the first section of this seminar, Gabby will talk about the criminal’s mind, motive, behavior, as well as crime prevention at inside and outside of the home.
Having a firearm is not enough if you are not ready to act. When you act, you must also understand and be aware of the consequence of your actions. Learn how to integrate your family members to work as a team by developing a home safety plan, an emergency plan and build the skills to be aware of your surroundings at all times. Be strong, be ready and be prepared to protect!
More and more women are getting into the firearms industries, unfortunately not all are well informed about the different firearms they can use, calibers, and accessories that can be installed on their guns in order to make them more comfortable to shoot. In this section of the seminar, Gabby will answer questions about which firearms should be good for competition, shooting practice or personal defense. Other common shooting techniques and the storage of firearms will be discussed, as well as how to tell kids about firearms which is one of the hottest subjects of the seminar. Owning a firearm is not enough, you must also be more involved and be responsible in order to avoid accidents.
Gabby will help you overcome your fears, she will explain and help you understand why you feel the way you do when you have a firearm in your hands and what can you do to improve on those feelings. If someone told you once that you cannot do something because you are a woman, then let Gabby tell you how many times she got the same comments and what she did to become a strong and determined women in what has traditionally been a male dominated sport!
Listen, learn and enjoy.
