SIG Sauer has introduced the newly redesigned Custom Works Studio (CWS) to make it even more comprehensive and user-friendly—especially on mobile. The upgraded CWS features exciting new SIG Sauer products, including the new P365-Fuse slide and grip module.
You control every aspect of the build, from fire control unit (FCU) and grip to the slide assembly and barrel. You can even choose the ideal SIG electro-optic suited to your build.
CWS also now integrates a new “Randomize” tool, allowing you to effortlessly create your perfect P365 or P320 from the ground up. A redesigned Navigation Bar also makes the custom studio easier than ever to use on your desktop, laptop, or any mobile device.
CWS’s intuitive navigation bar walks you through the build process step by step and allows you to select from a range of official components and options, making sure your custom pistol is built to SIG Sauer specifications.
Build controls allow a further range of options. “Flip” allows you to flip your creation 180 degrees horizontally so you can view the opposite side. The “Random” button selects components at random so you can surprise yourself as well as view different options you might not normally select.
At any point in the build process you can select a prior step (menu shown on right in the screen grabs) and easily make changes to your build, then watch as the change is instantly applied in real time.
“Reset” does exactly what it sounds like—it clears your build and starts you back at the beginning so you can start your build over again or begin an entirely new one.
We tried our hand at a couple of our own creations. Our custom P320, pictured up top, features a black fire control unit, an X-Series Heavy laser-stippled grip module with custom laser stippling, a Spectre comp’d complete slide assembly with 4.6-inch barrel included (in black), a full Legion 17-round magazine, and a Romeo1Pro 3 MOA optic up top.

Our custom P365, pictured above, features a gold FCU, P365XL grip module and a 3.1-inch barrel, also gold to match the trigger bow. It’ll feed from a 17-round extended magazine, and up top we opted for a Romeo-X Compact 2 MOA red dot with 32 MOA circle. We’d EDC this piece for sure.
To get your hands on your own one-off SIG Sauer P320 or P365, follow these steps:
Additionally, SIG Sauer has partnered with some of the biggest names in show business, sports and more to bring you signature Custom Works Studio builds from the likes of country singer Brantley Gilbert, retired Navy SEAL and best-selling author Jack Carr, pro motocross rider Austin Forkner, and more.

The SIG Sauer Custom Works Studio is a fun and engaging way to build your first or your next SIG Sauer pistol. With so many combinations to explore, at the very least it’s a fun way to spend some of your downtime.
