Now shipping, Hexium is SIG’s most adaptable line of suppressors, according to the company, built to deliver best-in-class sound reduction and low backpressure to meet the highest expectations for suppressor performance.
Each is assembled using a sleek, modular design and constructed using SIG’s advanced additive manufacturing techniques and state-of-the-art computer analysis and industry-leading testing equipment.
Currently available in 5.56 NATO, the Hexium556 suppressor is available with either a lightweight titanium or robust Inconel suppressor body. The titanium variant is engineered to offer superior performance without sacrificing durability, while the Inconel version is designed for high-volume use.

The interior of each Hexium suppressor features advanced internal geometry that’s optimized for sound suppression while keeping backpressure to a minimum. The high-strength, 3D-printed baffle design is engineered to produce quiet tones and minimize gas blowback, which results in a cleaner and more pleasant shooting experience.
The Hexium line is designed for compatibility across varied platforms and features a HUB-compatible mounting solution. For additional versatility, each features a tool-free end cap accessory mounting system at the front end.
The 3D-printed suppressor body features a signature hexagonal pattern with a high-temp black Cerakote finish.

The titanium Hexium556 and Inconel Hexium556INC both feature a standard 1.75-inch diameter along with ½”x28 threads. The titanium suppressor measures 6.2 inches, while the Inconel version is an even more compact 5.9 inches overall.
Weighing just 12 ounces, the Hexium556 titanium unit is offered to deliver superior performance in a lightweight package, while the denser, more robust 556INC weighs 19 ounces.
Hexium 5.56 titanium and Inconel suppressors are currently shipping now, with titanium models to support .300 BLK and 7.62mm coming soon.
