For tactical users and competition shooters, the jump from close-quarters speed to reaching out for more distant targets can expose what Vortex calls a “gap” in many LPVOs. Some of them are loaded up with features and stacked with length you just don’t need.
Still others top out on magnification when the distances you need to cover stretch out to 600 yards or beyond.
Vortex Optics’ new Strike Eagle 1-10×24 FFP riflescope plants a stake in this fertile middle ground of versatility, delivering more reach in a compact footprint that saves more rail estate on your AR platform for other needed accessories.

The Strike Eagle features a 1-10x magnification range—lower magnification for CQB speed and up to 10x for the detail you need at distance.
Its illuminated EBR-8 BDC MRAD or MOA reticle resides on the first focal plane, so the reticle scale remains in proportion to the zoomed image. It features BDC drop and wind holds to get rounds on-target fast, regardless of the challenge. Constant subtensions allow accurate holdover and ranging at all magnification levels.
The new Strike Eagle features motion activation and a 10-minute auto shutoff so it automatically activates when you pick your rig up, and powers off the illuminated reticle (powered by a CR2032 battery) when you don’t need it.
An included throw lever can be installed for quick and easy magnification adjustments. Capped turrets keep your zero locked even if your rifle gets snagged or knocked around, as ours sometimes do.

It features eye relief of 3.7”, max elevation adjustment of 32MRAD/110MOA, and max windage adjustment of the same.
At just 10 inches long and weighing 21.6 ounces, it’s designed to reduce length out front while preserving full functional capability. It’s waterproof, fogproof, shockproof, nitrogen gas purged, and features a durable Armortek finish and fully multi-coated lenses.
Lightweight, rugged, and compact, the Strike Eagle 1-10×24 FFP is an LPVO designed to give you an edge when time isn’t on your side.
