Right after the announcement of the Glock 43x and 48 MOS models of slimline optic ready pistols, we now have a perfect match for a red dot if you are picking up one of these new handguns. Shield Sights, Pioneer of compact micro red dot optics is pleased to announce it is teaming up with legendary Glock Inc. to present the new “Glass Edition” RMSc.
The Glass Edition of the RMSc standardizes the popular, ultra clear and scratch resistant glass lens that was previously only available as a custom option. The new Glass Edition also features a strengthened lens housing and upgraded electronics with improved battery contacts to further enhance reliability under all conditions.
I know the Glock new slimline MOS pistols will likely be a very popular firearm as the concealed carry/personal protection market keeps growing. Pair that growth with the popularity of the use of red dot sights on handguns and we have a great time to be a consumer. I have a feeling this new RMSc sight will bring handgun red dot sights to buyers that may have only associated red dot sights with larger handguns. The Shield RMSc is showing some pretty impressive stats, long battery life, durable glass and of course what is now becoming a footprint that is widely adopted in the industry. Yes, there will be a video coming soon as well as I can’t wait to get this set up to the range!
From The Sheild Sights Press Release:
“Collaborating with great companies such as Springfield Armory, Smith & Wesson, Walther, Canik, and Sig Sauer on creating subcompact optic ready platforms has been a strengthening experience for our brand and has driven users to recognize our unique features and the high quality products that we offer,” said James White, CEO Shield Sights. “I feel the latest collaboration with a company I respect greatly, Glock inc., solidifies the Shield footprint as the new industry standard for sub-compact optic ready pistols.”
RMSc Glass Edition Features
