Adapting the patent-pending Quick Rail Detach system from its GRIDLOK rail series to a new handguard line, GRIDLOK LITE, Strike Industries claims there is no other handguard that can be removed as easily either at home or in the field. A simple push and pull of the quick-detach latch lets you remove the handguard in seconds to make adjustments to a gas block, for example, or to add or remove a suppressor. The latch has been redesigned with a new locking button for greater ease of use. M-LOK accessories can be mounted along its length at 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 11 o’clock positions. It features a built-in, flip-up BUIS at the front and an integrated 360-degree free-swivel QD socket at the rear for a 2-point setup. Tabs with set screws help you center the top rail with your upper receiver and the front cut was designed to accommodate suppressors up to 1.57 inches in diameter, as well as all SI muzzle devices. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a 7000-series aluminum barrel nut.
MSRP: From $160
