B&T has introduced its next generation of 3D-printed Rotex and SRBS models within the Print-X family of suppressors. Easily indentifiable via B&T’s signature bead-blasted gray finish, they feature an extremely low-flash end cap engineered to provide what the company claims is industry-leading flash suppression.
The company’s high-performance, patent-pending Star Baffles are now also available in 3D-printed form to provide reduced backpressure and improved sound suppression.
Best of all, B&T says there is no change to pricing, and these models have been made immediately available through dealers and distributors.

Within the Print-X family of 3D-printed suppressors, Rotex and SRBS suppressors are manufactured using laser bed fusion techniques.
They are available to support 5.56 NATO and 7.62 NATO calibers and are constructed of either 100% titanium or 718 Inconel. Both models are fully “weldless”—which reduces both weight and failure points.
Print-X family suppressors have also received updated tube texturing, the aforementioned low-flash end cap, and the Star Baffle system.

Each suppressor ships with B&T’s Rotex-SF HUB assembly, which is machined from titanium bar stock and is compatible with all B&T Rotex flash hiders as well as all SureFire SOCOM flash hiders, Warcomps, and muzzle brakes. NATO-spec A2 and direct-mount HUB assemblies are available as accessories.
