On Friday Federal Court Judge Roger T. Benitez ruled that Californias ban on commonly possessed firearm magazines (High Capacity) was unconstitutional, violating the Second Ammendment.
The case that was before the court was Duncan v. Becerra. You can read Judge Benitez opinion here.
While it is uncertain what will happen from here, it is likely the state will appeal the ruling to the Ninth Circuit Court. A court that has previously been less then pro-Second Amendment.
At least for now, California residents can freely purchase those magazines that were once banned and enjoy the simple freedom given to us by our amazing Constitution.
Magazine sales are sure to be thought the roof.

Imagine travailing at high speeds, in the open ocean, in inclement weather while completely exposed. Think sand blaster.
