Our latest IMPULSE model was specially designed to meet the demands of driven hunts. It combines the safety and accuracy of a traditional bolt-action rifle with a bolt-action speed close to that of a self-loading rifle. The latest model in the Impulse family is the brand new Driven Hunter. Specially designed for predators, hogs and driven hunts featuring a shorter, lighter barrel, reduced overall weight.

Stepping off the plane into Berlin, the adventure of my first driven hunt was about to begin. It was cold and wet in Germany during the first week of December. We are here to test a new rifle, and this hunting set-up is exactly what the rifle was built for. But what is a driven hunt? Read on to learn more.

If you’ve seen us talking about our straight-pull rifle, Impulse, or seen one in the store and asked yourself “Why this? What is a straight pull? Why Impulse?” We’ve got you covered. We’ve got the complete run-down for you on what it is, the advantages of a straight pull, the technologies we’ve built into it, and why you should give Impulse a shot.

We’ve created a location where you can find all things on IMPULSE!
