Midwest Industries has announced the latest additions to its MK2 product line: MK2 non-QD scope, optic, and riser mounts. Purpose-built for shooters who prioritize stability and repeatable accuracy, MI’s Non-QD Series is engineered as a solid, streamlined mounting solution for precise target acquisition.
The new lineup includes MK2 Scope Mounts sized for 30mm and 34mm tubes, MK2 Optic Mounts (height variants to include low, lower 1/3 co-witness, absolute co-witness, and NV 2.26” compatible with RMR, Acro, T2, and micro dot patterns), and MK2 1913 Risers in 5-, 9-, and 13-slot configurations.

All Midwest Industries MK2 mounts are machined from 6061 aluminum, hardcoat anodized, and feature 4140 heat-treated steel clamps with Torx hardware, so each offers exceptional holding strength and long-term durability to stand up to the harshest use and conditions.
MI’s precision machining processes deliver consistent alignment and return-to-zero performance, while the optic-specific scope ring caps allow for top dot configurations. Every MK2 mount includes Midwest’s Optic Mount Tool to enable simple and efficient installation.
According to Midwest Industries founder Troy Storch: “As we expand on the MK2 lineup, our new Non-QD products offer shooters a rock-solid, American-made solution built for pure precision.
“By removing the quick-detach mechanism, these mounts achieve a stremlined, rigid connection, delivering unmatched stability and a refined design.”
