SIG’s P365-Fuse was designed and built for full-size capability with compact concealment attributes to make it an ideal carry piece. With the available extended magazine, it touts 21 + 1 capacity with a “razon-thin” one-inch-wide grip module for what SIG Sauer calls unmatched versatility and shootability.
Fuse is engineered to deliver the accuracy and grit of a full-size platform with its optic-ready slide, which is longer than any compact in its class at just under 7 inches for improved sight radius and enhanced control.

The optics platform accommodates a Shield RMSc optic footprint and the Fuse is available from SIG Sauer with a Romeo-X Compact red dot already installed, if you so desire.
Equipped with a fiber-optic front fixed sight and serrated rear and a 4.3-inch carbon-steel barrel with DLC finish, it offers improved ballistic performance from contemporary defensive ammunition for higher velocities and maximum expansion on-target.
The slide itself is aggressively serrated for maximum purchase while racking; the grip module is a laser-stippled LXG with a full 1913-style forward rail and removable magwell.
In a nutshell, P365-Fuse offers all the benefits of a full-size with the concealability of a compact. Built from P365 roots, it’s what SIG calls a true crossover carry piece.
P365-Fuse features:
