Silencer Shop x Toor Knives Limited-Edition ‘Hendrix’
We have recently become fans of Toor Knives’ approach to American-built custom knifemaking, so much so that we have featured one of the company’s reissued legacy designs in a forthcoming issue of UN12 (Issue 26, in the can, off to print, available on newsstands and in digital later this fall).
Silencer Shop, we hope you know, was one of the lead plaintiffs in the landmark Northern District of Texas case (Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF) that by all indications has put the NFA on the ropes. We feel both companies have earned our support.
Which brings us to today’s news: Silencer Shop and Toor Knives have recently announced the launch of the Hendrix, a limited-edition fixed blade created through a custom collaboration between the two brands.
Designed for compact carry, everyday utility, and premium performance, the Hendrix brings together Silencer Shop’s deep connection to the responsible gun owner community with Toor Knives’ reputation for American-made, purpose-built blades. The result is a lightweight fixed blade designed for the range, the field, the chest rig, the gear bag, and everyday carry.
The Hendrix features a 2.5-inch CPM MagnaCut blade with a 62-64 HRC hardness, black G10 handle scales, stainless steel hardware, a retention ring, and a secure two-piece Kydex sheath. Measuring 7.875 inches overall and weighing just 2.9 ounces, the knife delivers serious utility in a compact platform.
