A good range bag might be worth its weight in gold. Magpul’s line of DAKA organizational gear is expanding with new dedicated range bags to help you get the most out of your range session… or wherever else you want to take them.
Magpul DAKA Range Bags are available in small and large sizes—20-liter and 40-liter, respectively—and are built to handle hard use and to stand up to the elements. These bags are constructed from Magpul’s proprietary DAKA materials and are equipped with dual YKK Aquaguard zippers on the outer pockets and RF-welded seams to keep water, dust and dirt out and keep your guns and gear safe.

Each bag is loaded with storage options and features various pockets, elastic magazine loops, and sundry compartments for any and all miscellaneous items. An interior hook-and-loop lining expands the bag’s organizational utility. Bag construction features DAKA Grit (600D TPU-coated nylon) and DAKA Dura (840D TPU-coated nylon) fabrics that are RF-welded for weather and abrasion resistance.
To further protect sensitive gear and the bag’s contents, DAKA Range Bags are built on a structured Hypalon bottom foundation with a compressed foam insert offering extra durability and support.
The main compartment is designed to fit most of your range gear, with two side pockets sized to fit ear or eye pro, ammo, or other necessities. On the bags’ external wall under the main compartment lid there’s a zippered mesh slip pocket and four stretch-woven pockets. Two of these pockets hold up to an AR-10 or short-action AICS PMAG, and the two smaller pockets can each store a Glock PMAG or an AMAG.

On the backside of the magazine wall is a flat document sleeve ideal for storing manuals, targets, or NFA paperwork. Within the main compartment are two sets of four elastic loops that’ll hold up to eight magazines, a stretch, mesh-gusseted pocket, and the loop-lined wall for attaching hook-and-loop accessories.
The YKK Aquaguard-zippered main compartment features a fold-out lid that can double as a padded work mat. Now you can tune your gear or attend to malfunctions directly on the bench—or from wherever you shoot—rather than making a round trip home and back again. And you won’t need to worry about scuffing or scratching up your gear.

DAKA bags offer multiple modes of carry and transport. The tuckable sling mounting plates on each side are compatible with QD attachments, paraclips, MASH hooks, and other similar connecting devices. A die-cut DAKA patch provides extra-strong handle construction. There’s also an exterior-mounted, RF-welded DAKA ID card slot and a dot matrix grid for keeping tabs on your bag.
Level up your range days and pick up a Magpul DAKA Range Bag. You won’t regret it.
