The PNW Arms Signature Series Carbine was over a year in the making by some of the best minds in manufacturing, engineering and Weapons Science. Our team started with the premise of creating a platform that would serve real world operators: Rugged, Reliable, Accurate and Feather-Light. From design to testing and evaluation followed by real world application with quiet professionals, our Signature Series is built to be deployed.
BCMGUNFIGHTER™ Charging Handle
The BCMGUNFIGHTER™ Charging Handle and extended latches feature internal redesigns to direct the force off of the roll pin and into the body of the charging handle during support hand only manipulations. This new design has a built in backstop engineered into the extended latch and into the charging handle. As the latch is opened up, its’ travel is limited by these flat surface backstops. With this travel limiting feature, the stress is taken off the roll pin, and is now redirected into the entire body of the charging handle.
MIL-SPEC UPPER AND LOWER RECEIVERS
Forged 7075 steel that is then machined to create a perfect fit between the upper and lower receivers. Parts are all mil-spec and hand picked to provide reliability and performance in the field.
JAKE BRAKE
Tested against some of the best compensators on the market, our Jake Brake crushed them all in recoil reduction, faster follow up shots, precision repeatability and reduced dust signature. This outstanding muzzle break has excellent breaching capabilities as well as a lightweight 2 oz design.
ADVANCED COMBAT TRIGGER
The pull of the ALG Advanced Combat Trigger (ACT) is significantly more crisp than a mil-spec trigger yet retains all of the robust sear timing and reliability with none of the grittiness . Made from true 8620 alloy steel castings, correctly carburized, quenched and tempered, the ACT is then HardLubed for corrosion resistance and smooth operation. Pull weight is a sharp 6 pounds.
LIGHT WEIGHT HANDGUARD
Designed from the ground up to offer versatility and strength, our custom designed handguard features the integrated VLTOR keymod attachment system with the addition of quick detach swivel mounts that fit in each keymod slot extending the three sides of the rail system. Stainless steel barrel nut for strength and Tac Black Isonited for durability and extended barrel life.
