This optic cover for Holosun 407C/507C X2 and Trijicon SRO is designed as a resilient accessory, crafted from TPU and polycarbonate, to shield your red dot sight from bullet casings and general-use wear and tear. The intuitive back cut is designed to be compatible with most rear iron sights, and the cover’s firm fit is tailored to remain undisturbed even under heavy recoil. It is designed to permit quick installation and removal as needed, and easy access to control buttons adds operational convenience.
The integrated lens cover is designed to enhance your proficiency using a red dot sight by enabling the use of “occluded dot training.” What is occluded shooting, you may ask? The technique, often employed by competition shooters, acclimates the user’s vision by forcing the non-dominant eye to focus on the target and surroundings, while the dominant eye focuses on the dot when the lens is covered. Your brain then merges these two images to provide a clearer, more focused sight picture, allowing you to shoot efficiently with both eyes open for better target acquisition.
The Strike Optic Cover is available in black and FDE. Compatible with all Trijicon SRO models; not compatible with V2 versions of the Holosun 407C/507C.
MSRP: $25
