[dcs_fancy_header bgcolor=”#ffffff” color=”#000000″ fweight=”bold”]Jim Denoon turns to Crowdfunding for launch of his product, 9mm Vodka.[/dcs_fancy_header]

You don’t see many products like this on Crowdfunding websites. Traditionally a platform reserved for artists, philanthropists and fashionistas to wax-lyrical about their wondrous causes or shoes made from human hair, Jim Denoon’s done the polar opposite with his inflammatory product, 9mm Vodka.
Refreshing. But is it working?
On the face of it he appears to have done a pretty good job. The product looks slick – the guy obviously knows his glass – and has modeled the bottle on a Mini-Uzi and presented it in an aluminum case with 4 magazine-shot glasses for extra cache.
Half way through his 60-day campaign he appears to have stirred up enough opinion to gain some traction and has accrued over $5,000 in pre-orders. All very well, but with another $40,000 to go, it’ll be interesting to see if he makes it.

Hearing a “click” when you expect a “BANG” is probably the worst sound a war fighter can hear in the middle of a firefight with enemy combatants closing in. Having a gun go down with a catastrophic failure is one way to get the blood flowing and push the pucker factor meter off the charts. James Pechi and David Pavlick know all too well what happens when Murphy rears his ugly head. They have experienced it first hand, multiple times throughout their Special Forces carriers. Throughout Pechi and Pavlick’s combined 25 years of combat experience with the 7th Special Forces Group they have experienced just about every type of failure or malfunction the M4 carbine has to offer. James and David have endured the carnage of war together. It was through this bond, this brotherhood that Arsenal Democracy was forged.
