Update: On Friday 04/05/2019 at 5:00 PM PST, California’s law banning gun magazines that hold more than 10 rounds went back into effect. The case will now go to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
On Friday 03/29/19, a Federal Judge ruled that California’s ban on standard-capacity gun magazines was unconstitutional. Check out that news article here.
