Atibal Optics has released the Vantage 2000, the first OLED-equipped weapon-mounted ballistic laser rangefinder (WMLRF).
OLED (organic LED) has long been at the cutting edge of display tech, whose light-emitting pixels provide the crispest available contrast and resolution because they don’t rely on a backlight source.
Atibal has paired this high-end display technology on a rail-mounted system designed to deliver instant ballistic calculations, environmental data, and ranging capability out to 2,000 meters.

The Atibal Vantage WMLRF 2000 is available now—as in, right now, today—through an early-bird pricing tier system similar to a Kickstarter campaign. Sign up now and pay a fraction of the ultimate cost; visit the web link below for more details.
The unit’s expected arrival is on track for later this month or early April. As noted, the Vantage features a full-color OLED display and combines advanced laser ranging, ballistic computation, and environmental data integration—such as pairing with a Kestrel—into a single weapon-mounted system.
In addition to the generous OLED display, one of the Vantage’s standout capabilities is its ability to toggle between an MOA or MIL-based crosshair. This allows users to see real-time holdovers directly on the display based on ranged distance, and it sets the Vantage apart from other rail-mounted rangefinders.
The Vantage 2000 will employ its own dedicated ballistic app, called Observer, which will be available for download for Android and iOS concurrent to launch. Atibal assures us the app is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive without unnecessary complexity.

At the end of the day, it eliminates the compromise between ranging capability and shooting position. Unlike handheld rangefinders that forces you to break your sight picture, the Vantage mounts to any standard Picatinny rail to deliver critical ballistic data while promoting smooth target acquisition.
The Vantage 2000 runs on a standard CR123A battery, is driven by a 650nm red laser, and features Bluetooth capability along with all necessary environmental sensors: temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, and altitude.
Atibal Vantage WMLRF 2000 features:
Range reflective (yards): Up to 2,000
Range tree (yards): Up to 1,500
Range deer (yards): Up to 1,000
Minimum range: 5 yds
Accuracy: 0.5 yds @ 100 yds
Length: 4.37 in.
Height: 1.8 in.
Width: 3.07 in.
